Turn off seatbelt beeping, and enable satnav permanently

Is there any way to do the following:

- Disable the beeping for not having a seat belt plugged in? (very annoying when jumping in and out continually on a working farm)

- Enable sat nav permanently so I don't have to hit "Accept" every time I switch the car on?

Can either of these be done with a diagnostic tool?

Seatbelt in and out 9 times in quick succession will stop the beep. Do it again and the beep returns. It will still display the red light in either mode.
