Turkey Madras tonight, sad to see the last of it all 🎅
Rib of beef on the menu for hogmanay, along with a few bottles of Amarone Della Valpolicella followed by the Glen Dronach Revival that I’ve been keeping - not really sure what for so we’ll enjoy that on my 55th New Year 😄🎉👍. It was made to be enjoyed.
It is indeed the most wonderful time of year.

Bird is stripped and carcass boiled for stock and picked meat ready for adding to the forthcoming soup and turkey & sweetcorn pie.
Rest from turkey tonight, curry with a bottle of Chablis. Booooooootiful.
