Funny, that's what I was thinking but I put it in last night and it was dead this morning.

We alternate with the in-laws to do Christmas, not our turn this year but if it was it would be a free range Norfolk bronze of an appropriate size to only last a day or two after Christmas, cant be doing with crowns and things, I am a leg man
We also have a full ham home cured, as well as all the other trimmings.
New years day is usually rib of beef, but doing a slow roast haunch of venison this year.==================================

Roast first cut of Beef sirloin for me.
Had turkey and goose previously but settled on sirloin for the last 2 years (this year will be the third) and very happy with it too. Shop small and local if you can. The quality is far superior. D3 HSE TDV6 Auto. Bonatti Grey.
Mods:
V8 Brake upgrade (front Only), Full height Luggage guard, Rubber mats all round, RLD spare wheel protector, Terra Firma Steering and Transmission guard, Smoooooth Nappa steering wheel, Clock on dash and Reverse home lights. The pork for our hams, sausages and bacon, came direct from a farm just 4 miles away who breed champion Welsh pigs, the venison is coming down from Scotland but only because I have family up there and they are bringing it with them, if we have Turkey it comes from a small flock I have in partnership with my sister and any beef comes from our own cattle, veg comes from a market garden a few miles away and will only be local and seasonal. And fish I usually catch myself. ==================================
