Yep OEM in a LR box complete with LR instructions the lot
My NAS LR3 has the OEM tow wiring installed and it does not have the little fuse box. That always bothered me as it seems that the little separate fuse box provides an extra layer of protection to the main vehicle lights.
It does work but all I have is the single NAS round 7 pin connector and then the 4 pin flat connector.
I have a file on the setup in my gallery under NAS Trailer socket Pin ID, and per the link below.

My OEM 13 pin (courtesey of TLO) was a straight plug-in, no reprogramming required, worked first time, has dash repeater and yes, has the suplementary fuse box in the NS rear quarter.
Any of you guys with a 13 pin socket on a D3 and newish caravan with a high level LED brake light? If I indicate either left or right, my little trailer light on the dash flashes. But if I press the brake pedal, the trailer light stops flashing. I have got SWMBO to check the indicators and brake lights on the caravan and they are all functioning correctly. I'm assuming the LED brake light confuses the car electronics in some way? Is anyone getting the same please. Run silent, run deep!! Oh Lord! send down a dove, with wings as sharp as razors.
To cut the throats of men, that sell bad beer to sailors.
I may have this issue and will check the part numbers later, my electrics were sold cheap to me as they were removed to fit 13 pin versions, as they look like new, maybe just maybe they came off a D4?
So this was fiited to the D4 and I have the twin that was originally fitted so my short part of the loom is AH22-15R555-AC is that of the 12 D4 kit?
I assume that LR didn't disturb all the wiring but swapped the12 pin socket for the existing twin sockets that I have ended up with, just need to sort out which pins to swap over on the short part of the loomAltox GSM FBH controller thread

My Bailey tintent is 2009, high level led light and I use the LR 13 pin kit - no issues or problems, all works as it should. Perhaps you've got a problem in the 'van wiring ?? I have a friend who has a Lunar Clubman and the LED brake lights caused havoc with his Vauxhall Zafira. Went back to Lunar and they said ---- ah yes sir, you need the mod kit which we can sell you !!!
