| Touch screen and pairing issues |

Hi all,
I have a brand new (175km) D4 and am having a problem with the touch screen - on start up I am locked out of the audio system and the phone menu is asking for a pairing even though there were already 2 phones paired it also will not let me into the menu to re-pair a phone - on examining the options in the hidden menu it states that the radio , cd and USB are all disabled!
any ideas?

being new, best course of action is to trouble the dealer to set it right, as he should have done at predelivery. That should start the relationship on the right footing. my10D4se3Ltdv6 current

I was thinking it was something I had done wrong - I powered down the system and re started and have had no problem since

I was cursing the phone thing on my brand new one too and the problem was my phone needing to agree to passing over data on the second time it was attached. It wasn't until about the sixth trip that I had a look at the phone and answered yes; no problems since.
