"Black Box" in your Disco
In 7 years of D3 & D4 ownership [though I've known about it] I've never seen this mentioned on the forum.
[quick, prove me wrong and post the thread ]
Not saying it hasn't been posted, it's just that I've never seen a thread on it or read it in other posts.
So for those that don't already know .......
... your Disco is fitted with a Black Box!!
LR call it an "Event Data Recorder"
In the event of a crash or near crash it records and provides information on:
Operation of vehicle systems.
Driver/passenger seat belt engagement.
Accelerator/brake pedal pressure & travel.
Vehicle speed,
Steering wheel positioning.
So there you go ....
