Total closure window hits mirror |

Hi when I lock my sdv6 Discovery the mirrors go in and if down the windows go up but the passenger side window then hits the mirror and goes back down again... any suggestions appreciated

Gotta be the mirror that's wrong in relation to it's expected max position ... I struggle to see any real reduction in width when mine fold. But as others have said, you can at least tell you locked it. .

Yes definitely as the mirror hits the window when it’s up as well just wondering if the amount it closes is adjustable? Thanks

check that it hasn't had a knock when in it's normal position - check it's fully located and pushed back.
It may be that you have adjusted the glass so you can see properly when actually it's the casing that's had a bit of a knock. formerly Disco3Ben

The driver's side mirror on our D3 is the same - the glass doesn't go back down but it does press against the mirror housing. I've not actually thought about pushing the mirror out to make sure it is fully extended and not in the wrong position. Cheers,

Not had easy access to the PC for a few weeks so only been online on the phone … hence being a bit quiet. will have to try and make up for that now I guess
