Same impression here, initial lag is gone, lots of power, overtaking on the motorway while towing a tintent was a breeze, even outran a cry-enne at the traffic lights whith my tintent attached 8) The driver was visibly annoyed Laughing

I have no way of comparing it with other remaps, but I am quite happy with this one.

Cheers guys Thumbs Up
Good to get some independent feedback, and yes, it can only be subjective unless you want to spend a fortune having various remaps installed on the same vehicle...
Simon, I have remaps available for manual & automatic transmission variants should you want to increase the perma- Very Happy
DG got the 'extra speed boost map' - well it must have been as It was compiled @ 90mph-ish on the French motorways 8)
So, if anyone wants remapping on a weekend, bank holiday, or outside their country of residence.... Whistle Wink

TFC, I know it's all subjective, but could the TDV6 maps be compared to the petrol V8 as a kind of common reference point for people? Or are the torque curves just too dissimilar?

Transgenic tomato anyone?

And what are the likely downsides if any for additional engine wear, oil consumption etc etc ?

Only asking as this has never really been talked about properly regards re maps...
