Help required -Third row seat headrest removal
Has anyone ever had the need to remove a third row 'Flip Down' headrest on a D3/D4 for any reason and if so how easy is it to do.
I need to do this as the headrest itself interferes with a 'high back' child booster seat such that it does not sit virtically or flat against the rear seat. I guess that I could always place a piece of 25mm thick foam between the backrest of the booster seat and the face of the third row seat to take up the gap, but I'm not keen on doing that TBH.
Any advice on removal appreciated On a mission to find the perfect Pork Pie. Just Found it (I think)..(Yes I have)

If it's the same as D3, you have to un clip the surround around the button then remove it then Along the bottom of headrest you'll see the join in fabric, you have to gently tease it out of the plastic clip then you can slide the cover off, I did this to fix the sticking catch on mine, dont know about actual removal as I didn't look into that, but once you remove the cover you will see if its possible
Hope this helps

it pushes the seat out so it only touches the seat at the top and bottom
