I received my new 2013 D4 (TDV6 HSE) early June. I have since driven 6000 miles and I thought I'd share some impressions with.
First of all, let me say that this is by far the most comfortable and most flexible vehicle I have ever owned. I have driven it on and off road, along motorways and on small paths and have been impressed by its performance. My family loves it too (the kids love the space in the back and the dog loves looking through the rear window!).
I have encountered one problem with it: when braking at speeds of around 100 - 120 km/h, the steering wheel had a noticeable shake. I brought it back to the dealership this week and they diagnosed brake disc deformation. They have replaced the discs under warranty and the vibration has now disappeared.
I took the opportunity of the visit to the dealership to fit my new winter boots (Michelin Latitude Alpin 2; 255/55R19 111V), as I travel to Scandinavia from time to time. Even on hot&dry summer roads, the Michelins feel secure, stable and silent. I also did an intermediary oil change (Land Rover told me it was not necessary but I am a bit 'old school' and believe in oil changes after the first few months of ownership).
I am looking forward to many thousands of miles of happy motoring! (keeping my fingers crossed...).

Glad you are having a nice time with your D4, doublep. I wish you many more happy miles!
btw, did they tell you the cause of the disks deformation? Manufacturer defect or other?

It seems to have been a manufacturing defect, but they were not explicit...

Glad your enjoying the car, I too have had brake problems on my March 2013 D4 HSE. Mine was the brakes binding, and this resulted in overheating the brakes and warping the discs.
Mine was caused by a fault in the servo or master cylinder. They also did something to the brake light switch.
All good now, and really impressed with it.
