Is this tyre repairable

Hi all, I came back after a week on the Isle of Wight yesterday and noticed a screw in my two week old tyre. Is it in the permissible repair area?

That type of punctures which are in the tread area and not the sidewall can be plugged using one of these kits:

All sorted, bloke where I bought them from ( ETB ) repaired it free of charge for being a customer for years. Nice to get some good customer service Thumbs Up Mods:
