Correct PSI for heavily laden D3

Not sure it matters that much but keen to hear what the general consensus is. We went camping and the boot was full to the brim as was the roof box. Took the tyres up to the suggestion in the manual but they still felt low. put the back tyres to 38 psi and left the front ones at 33.

Does everyone agree these seems sensible or can the back tyres go even higher ? Thanks James

pretty sure my book states 40 and the front left at 33 ? will double check later. It was only filled with camping stuff anyway so not concrete !. but did feel like the tyres were low.
