Reading a few threads it seems that intermittent functioning of the front door speakers is a typical issue in the disco. I had to replace my passenger side door lock a few weeks back so whilst the door card was off i cleaned all the contacts and sprayed with contact cleaner and that sorted that side .
With a spare half hour this weekend i took the drivers door card off and did the same to the speakers in the drivers door
Got to say the karmon harmon system was really sounding sweat again coming to work this morning you kind of dont realise the deterioration in the sound until your back on full function
