I put a poll up to see how many people were waiting for the AT2 for the 18" wheel.
41 people said they were.
As they are coming out soon, I guess there is no harm in asking whether we can get them cheaper as a group.
Before I contact anyone, it might be an idea to find out how many would actually be buying them....so sign up sign up....

Got some on backorder with 4site4x4 but happy to let them sell "mine" to a retail punter if I can get them cheaper! I'll take 4 as soon as they become available I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Chaps....... Simon and Stu have already indicated that it would be helpful to approach the site sponsors for the tyres. If you have already sought competitive pricing from other company's then please give the sponsors every opportunity to match or better the price before you proceed. 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

I think they would be the best place to start as they seem to be the main importer of General Tires... I mean Tyres....

They are still not due until the very end of March, most likey early April- according to the chaps at our site sponsor who incidentally are General's main UK agent.
They have not mentioned or indicated a price as yet.

Think I'll give up on the idea of ever getting 19" & MT/R's and stick some AT2's on my spare 18's instead.
So, depending on price & location, I'll be wanting some. Long succession of Disco's since 2001...
SIII Lightweight - neglected & rusting. Bulkhead, A panels, vent panel & outriggers now disintegrated - Next years project!

Well I got another chuffing puncture yesterday while doing some work for the forestry commission (I've had enough of office life and am diversifying somewhat!) so I'm back to 4 working 18s and a space saver as neither of the punctured tyres are repairable. I don't want to spank £300 on replacement Wranglers or Scorpions when I will be replacing all 6 tyres with AT2s as soon as they become available.
It had better be quick as I seem to be puncturing at the rate of 1 every 10 days at the moment! I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
