Suspension problems

I looked out the window earlier and my D4 was sat at a strange angle, went out and checked the tyres as I thought I must have a puncture but found that the NSR wheel was in fully extended height and the OSR was in access height Shocked Started the D4 up and selected access height, car began to sink and then message popped up to say it was in extended height and to move the obstruction - nothing under the car. The car is now sat in extended height (rear now same height) but every time I select a lower suspension mode I get the above message.

I did notice this morning that it seemed to take an age to get from access height to normal driving mode, a message kept popping up to say that the suspension was raising and this must have lasted for a minute.
