D4 XS MY11. Voice Recognition (New Owner)

Hi all

Can anyone let me know if the voice button on the steering wheel of my new (used) D4 is supposed to work or is only there for higher spec models/options? I get nothing if I press it, not even a beep!

Took delivery on Friday and have tried to use it for all sorts but to no avail.

Any ideas?

It's the standard XS model with sat nav screen. Bluetooth working and paired to iPhone 5. Sat nav working all ok. Radio/DAB working. Front Runner Rack, OEM Ladder & RAI, Tuff-Trek Foxwing, B'rakhah Ingonyama Expedition Trailer, RLD's Spare Wheel Protector, Bodsy's Bars, Empty Pockets! Voice is not standard on 2011 XS .. You would need to get it enabled G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Yes Whistle .. You can also get 4x4 info enabled ( you will have a gap on the left side of the screen menu were it should be )

Timed climate is also another thing that can be enabled G4 Gone ...but not forgotten
