The only way to get an acurate answer is to ask your Insurance Company.

No one else can give you the correct response Thumbs Up

Hey come on ...it's fun to speculate on a straightforward yes or no answer Laughing

Whats your odds for this tough question ? Mine would be 85% yes Whistle

You first say "most insurers will have no problem" and now you suggest "85% will say yes it has implications"

Neither you or I or indeed any forum member can give the answer on behalf of the Insurer and your initial answer was most misleading.

It may be fun to speculate but there would be no fun if an insurance policy was made void following an accident, due to the fitment and your inacurate advice.

It is often best to sit back, ask and learn rather than speculate. Thumbs Up

Don't misquote me I meant yes to fitting it Rolling Eyes

My initial answer was in response to yours ...the insurer will either say yes or no ...nothing related to the implications.

Someone is asking an opinion based upon people's experience ..... if we gave your answer to everyone ..then there would be no point in the forum.

He hasn't said he's not going to call them to enquire and my advice is on the basis of their likely answer when he does. I haven't for one minute suggested that he goes ahead without their authorisation. Thumbs Up
