Yes.
Its called a sump guard, available in high grade aluminium from various vendors on the forum.

Front Recovery Eye Question
Does anyone have any "easy" pictures or can point me to instructions rather than try to download the LR parts that my PC just growls back to me with, to show adjustment to be made to front end of Disco 3 to make Recovery Eye accessible without fitting sump guard ??
Look under the front bumper and you'll see a black plastic tray with a wide, shallow mouth/grill, about 2' wide. There are twist fasteners (like black smarties with a slot in them) along the front and back edge.
Grab a 50p piece (other coins are available) and turn each fastener through 90deg. Give the tray a jiggle and it will drop off, leaving you with your recover eye on show.I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

It should in the manual how to remove the tray under the engine. Unofficial way is to reverse though a deep puddle and it pops off, wellies needed to retreive.
Pics 125/126 might be helpful in showing how you can modify the plastic tray to allow permanent access to the eye. You can just make out the holes where the fasteners sit.I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
