After experiencing a randomly sticking rear caliper I decided that rather than mess around I'd replace all 4 at once. After having a good look round at my options I decided to go with new TRW replacements from Mister Auto that carry a 3 year or 100k mile warranty 
Replacement bolts and slider grease are supplied with each caliper, and each caliper is also pre-filled with brake fluid too.
The price after returning your old calipers (£45.60 surcharge on each unit) is a rather good £230 quid + 5.95 postage! The return of the old calipers is free too via UPS.
I hope this helps anyone else who's in the same position. I have no affiliation to MA but I have used them in the past for brake disks for my old M3.
