| Best 17" tires for LR3 S Model |

Sorry for bringing this subject up again but the previous articles are mainly focused on 18" tires. I am looking at replacing the standard 17" tires that came with the car with either Coopers AT or BF Goodrich AT. Which is better from the point of view of wear and off/on road capabilities. Or should I be looking at other brands which are better.

for shear long life i have always gone for BF Goodridge, last set of AT's had 45,000 on them and still looked like doing another 15,000 plus, this was on as Disco TD5 on 16" rims, they did have a mixed life of town motorway and offroad plus pulling a caravan for about 4,000 miles a year Tintenter
