Jan 2010. The issue for me was dirt and water getting in under the 2nd row of seats.
The problem was rectified by the LR dealer under warranty after submitting some photos.
The rear floor carpet was replaced and the holes pliugged up.
Apparently, the holes are jig holes and were not plugged during assembly.
