Folks my D3 has had a EPB failure - HAWKEYE says U2002 General switch failure. No screeches or locking on felt prior to faut.
Does anyone know the part number for the switch as another member states they simply replaced theirs and cleared the faults.
Thanks. Current - Range Rover TDV8 2007 HSE.

Part number is YUG500320PVJ.
Though I think, before replacing it, it's worth removing it and giving it a good clean including connector contacts. Dennis

This fault can also be caused by a wiring issue for the EPB in the loom as it runs over the chassis at the back

i replaced the switch on mine as it was playing up again after having the rear shoes realigned etc-made no difference-turns out it was the loom at the rear that was worn with the blue wire corroded through-well worth the money for the time and effort spent getting my indi to sort it. Cost me 30 quid for the switch but atleast i've a spare now .
