That was the sellers photo and I don't think it's on a slope, lt's parked outside on a steep slope now though and it looks the same hight front and back.
Filled out my car colour on my profile and it's showing now, not sure that I have selected the right colour grey though.

I have just tested the air suspension and is a bit lower on the front, its had some work done on the front suspension. do I need to investigate this further?

It's always meant to be a bit lower on the front.
On a flat level surface using a tape measure, measure from the centre of the wheels, absolutely vertical to the beginning of the wheel arch above. It should be 466mm at the front and 485mm back. The suspension will only adjust itself normally if it is 10mm or more off demand.
Might be worth getting an alignment done on it since some work has been done on the front end. Also worth having it put in tight tolerances mode (TTM) before the alignment- probably no point using an alignment centre that doesn't understand TTM on a D3/D4. It's okay to drive in TTM but it does make the EAS work harder and will cause it to wear more but it will be fine to drive for a few miles.
Good alignment saves lives.

Think the colour is Bonatti Grey - bit darker than Stornaway. Very smart

It is Bonnati Grey. Stornoway came in as replacement later on. (guessing 2008)
