Tacho in 61 plate D4
Evening guys,
Has anyone had a Tacho fitted into their D4.
I am trying to find out locations for fitting, company i do work for have just had another D4 and need to get Tacho in it, the Tacho place will only fit it either in the centre console cup holder which apparently gets in the way of the handbrake swicth, or on the roof.
Also they wont re-fit the old digital one from out of their old 10 plate navara due to all new installations having to have the new genration ones that are wi-fi so the Vosa boys can follow you and access your hours from sitting in the car behind you,

Your spot on about the new Tacho with WiFi Vosa are getting good, I used a company called Tacho express in Birmingham for my 06 disco they where very good,

RL if you want to go upto Manchester I use Tachograph Services in Failsworth Just outside Oldham great service and he some times has old units which he can fit give them a call 0161 684 1652.

Having an open wifi network while your zipping along main roads has got to be asking for trouble IMO. Another lovely idea!FFRR Owner, very nearly became a D3 owner
