Poor torque - poor throttle response - vibrations/resonance at 1500rpm

First of all, if your dealer can't help then get another dealer! A dealer should always help, and if they can't then they should get help themselves. "Sorry can't help you mate" is not the correct answer.
I suspect it maybe a turbo problem. Could be a loose turbo pipe, or a dud turbo. Resonance could be incorrectly connected fuel pump.
I really think you should make your dealer try harder.

Thanks Gareth and Ollram!
No warning msges on display. Car had symtoms from new.
Dealer checked it two times now;- Plugged in LR computer
and could not see anything wrong. However they did not
make any makanical check.
Can you always belive in the LR computer answer!
Has LR made any software changes (emmision!) to the '07 TD?
1500rpm vibrations/resonance;- sounds like comming from exhaust system!?
I forgot to tell that the new car has much more "diesel" engine noice at low rpms
compaired to my "old" '05 D3 TD!
I miss my old car!!!!!!!

Do you get an almost constant 'roaring' from the engine cooling fan?
The resonance could be a wrongly connected fuel filter (not pump, Gareth ) or even an incorrectly adjusted bonnet (hood)
There are quite a few electromechanical differences between the '05/6MY and the 07MY, mainly to make the D3 Euro IV compliant on emissions, no DTC's just means tht the electronics haven't picked up a fault, not that there isn't a fault.... give 'em hell until it's sorted!
