GB Smooth Leather Steering Wheel |
|
ok, so many have asked i thought best to get another group buy on steering wheels
as previous GB's on these they are the later Nappa leather smooth wheel from the later 09.5my cars and will fit all D3's
there are plenty of how too's on the forum pages and is a straight forward swap over
the wheel you will receive will have only the cutout in the back binnacle for a voice input button on the rh side behind the cruise buttons
if you D3 does not have this button or you have this AND the telephone buttons the easiest way to sort is swap the binnacles over which amounts to pushing through the 4 popper retainers
i have held the same GB price as last time even though the retail has gone up a few ££ as i bought them before the price rise
now i only have 15 available at the GB price so i'm afraid it's first come first served, once there gone there gone..
Retail Price £195.18
Normal Forum price £156.14
GB Price £133.96
shipping to normal Uk mainland £8.40 if you are highlands or islands please ask for delivery quote
after signing up for the GB please PM me a contact telephone number and i will endevour to contact you to sort out the details but i would like to see at least 10 signup before proceeding
Thanks

Think I may well go for this. My HSE steering wheel still looks like new, car only done 34k, so what would that be worth?
There are currently none on eBay I can find, but if I could get £85 ish with a bit of luck and that would make the change over rather cheap! D3 HSE + Java + Alpaca + Privacy + ECU Upgrade
Transit Custom SWB + Limited + 125ps + Tectonic

And... Don't forget that when you get your new steering wheel you would also need to get that air bag out of your old one first, to change it over.
So, head on over to the Air Bag Removal Tool Group Buy
after signing up here and get yourself one there.
They're only £ 6.95 including shipping
And your purchase also includes a donation to the forum!
