What programmable options are available? |
|
When I got my second D2, I recall that there was a long list of options that could be programmed into the management system on request. One of those was drive-away locking which I asked the dealer to activate and which they did without hesitation.
Is there a definitive list of such options for the D3?

Yes but you do it yourself, although my dealer asked me in advance, they include: Over speed warning, dipped mirrors in reverse, lazy entry, auto locking and I can't remember others I'm sure someone else will. DS3 TDV6 HSE - Silver with Alpaca (old one) Gone

All these options are programmable via the indicator stalk (on 07 models anyway).

However, some models don't have the ability to reprogram these settings and the dealer would be required to do it with T4/IDS. Even if you've got a base model with terrain response, the screen, 'I' button, the settings menu still cannot be accessed. I beleive it is only possible with vehicles which have the high/premium audio system (e.g. S and above - open for correction here!). IE - 05 D3 TDV6 HSE - Zambezi Silver

Anyone (smirk) able to help with (chortle) Lazy Entry for Butts? I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

lazy entry is when you unlock the D3 the seat moves to your set position as does the mirrors but the seat memory module is required for this. also temp f and c and miles or km can be changed

What about the "follow me home lights" can be programmed to turn on for various amount of time when you turn off the ignition and remove the key when the Auto lights are on.
