Feedback Stratstone Solihull |
|
Just wanted to give Stratstone Solihull a big
Had a few accesories from them in the past, always been friendly and nothing was too much trouble (opening boxes etc)
Few weeks ago they replaced my hazard warning switch under warranty.
Took the car in yesterday with a damaged bluetooth that may/may not have been damaged whilst it was in for the hazard switch and they fixed the bluetooth without any quibble and without any of the "not us gov" scenario that i was expecting.
Should of got the guys name who was wielding the soldering iron, and whom contacted the aftermarket bluetooth fitter and supplier, and finally worked out the wiring.....
Thanks guys much appreciated!

I had to take mine in to Stratstone in solihull to get a cruise control problem sorted (under warranty). The only thing I didn't like was the deal with the courtesy car. Previously I had dealings with the Johnston group (volvo) and they charged £10 to be covered on their insurance, whilst Stratstone insisted that I had to arange my own insurance. Other than that they were good.
