I upload mine to photobucket and then paste the img code into the text ans voila pic appears!

If you go to your gallery and click on the photo you want to insert into your post. Look underneath the photo and copy the text next to BBCode Full Size

Which will look something like this
[img]http://www.disco3.co.uk/gallery/albums/userpics/33463/IMG_0917.JPG[/img]



So you then just paste the above text into the post reply box and it will make the photo appear in your post like this
