| Looking for a Bristol/Bath based Faultfinder owner. Help |

Hi all,
I have developed a problem with my D3 with the suspension fault indicator.
The vehicle drives ok in normal ride height and I would like to sort it out myself.
I have read up here how what the potential reasons might be but I would like to check what the actual fault code is before I delve into repairing it.
Is there someone in the Bristol/Bath area who owns one of the faultfinding device's discussed on the forum that might help me out for a small fee please? regards

Is there is no one in the Bristol Area with a faultfinder machine that can help me out please?
If not can anyone suggest which one of the ebay reader only scanners would be the one to buy please?
If I can identify the fault code I will be in a position to decide if it's something I can fix myself and have a go.

I'll be down that way Tony, but not for a couple of weeks.
The problem with the cheap scanners is that they do Engine and ABS relatively easily, but often will not be able to read all the modules.
So then you need to be looking at something like a Hawkeye or a BBS FCR, both of which are £200+ Bodsys Brake Bible
D4/D3 Remote FBH heat kits
BAS Remaps/ EGR Blank
Transmission Flush
Software updates/enabling
Clock/ SNOTM /3Flash / 4x4Info /BT Update /Service Reset/Error Codes / Gearbox Reset

Yes indeed, but I want to do it myself not have a garage do it. Steve will charge garage rates and expect to undertake the work. regards
