Towing

WOW!!! Yesterday had an order for lengths of wood 40 miles away, so excitedly getting to try the towing out on the new car.
I was not dissapointed in anyway!! Usually use a 110 and the disco was amazing, and more comfortable!
Pull's like a train and quite happily cruising at 50mph with near 3T towing behind, reversed up a steep bank in low box like it was nothing.
This is the reason i bought one over a zafira for carting the family around as a work horse make it work fot it's money!! Thumbs Up

Yes I agree they are great cars for towing I tow a large stock trailer with mine and it feels very safe and comfortable. Very Happy

Same here: ex-Defender owner, now towing with D3 but a large boat trailer in my case. It's absolutely superb and thanks to those who advised the auto. I dropped a boat down to Lake Geneva last summer, and while the journey down was a pleasure the return was a revaluation compared to the 'Deafener'. Blasted back on the autoroute with cruise engaged, aircon blowing and actually able to hear the music!
