Adjustable height towbar Wanted

I am looking to replace my standard swan neck detachable towbar for one of the adjustable height type as my Ifor tandem axle trailer is a bit nose heavy looking when coupled up!

Anyone out there have an adjustable Height type towbar that they want to sell??
