I know they are only rated at two tonne but they could just get you out of a spot of bother

But remember at 'only 2 tonne', with the D4 being just under 3 tonne, the actual weight on each wheel is going to be way less than 2 tonne.
So a nice extra little bit of emergency kit to carry ...... always on the road less travelled 🚧

Wouldn't worry about the 2 ton limit , always going to be supported full length on the snow , not bridging a gap , could get you moving again if get a bit stuck when some one slows you down on a hill 8)

I mentioned the 2 tonne limit as a get out of jail card from the forum 'elf and safety police. I think for the money and the fact you could store them under the rear seats makes them quite handy. Club Exped trailer

Got a good deal on a set of old stock ones. Shop soiled apparently. What do they think is going to happen to them!
Cheap though and ready for Marquinterre in March. Which is VERY sandy by all accounts My17 Volvo XC90 Inscription

I like the first set, seems more compact and easier for storage ( but not as effective looking as Steve's)
Are they hinged and will fold up for storage, or is that just multiple boards clipped together? ...... always on the road less travelled 🚧

Just ordered a set, they come in a canvas pouch.
Got it from Amazon ...... all in all 50p cheaper (taking delivery into account)
Oh, and I also bought an emergency compact car snow shovel for £7.35.

Sorry can't , on iPad.
Google 'rescue tracks' and it'll pop up, but only 4 left before I bought mine.
