Dull Aluminium in colour although i had the leading edge mirror polished, good condition although it has been sat under the car for a while. Would probably buff back up shiny if you wanted. My local polishing shop did it in their dinner

£175 is a good price Dont forget the bolts though as they are a bit stronger than standard sump guard bolts IIRC, the ones for my non-d3 were a fair chunk in size and the guard can support the weight of the front end when it ride onto a small bolder and the front wheels come off the ground.... FFRR Owner, very nearly became a D3 owner
