As long as fully functional and in reasonable condition with reliable battery life then would consider anything .

iPod

I've got a 64 gig iPod touch, not sure if its 3rd or 4th gen. been unused for a while but was under 1 year old when replaced with iPhone. Charges and works OK still.
Its 4th gen.
