D3 non starter at -2 and below

Hi all, just joined the forum and hoping someone can help me with my d3's starting issues. When the temp drops below -2 the car cranks over fine but will not fire. After reading topics on here I'm almost certain is battery/glow plug issue. I've had the car plugged in to a solus code reader which showed nothing. Had the battery tested and it was a little below par (100a/h, 850cca) just rejuvenated that with a good 48hr charge. Tried to test the glow plugs with multimeter but there's no resistance on any of them and there isn't 12v at the main multi plugs on top of the engine. The relays are ok as are the fuses. Really baffled here??? Can anyone give me some instruction on the best way to test the plugs to ensure I'm doing it properly? I love the car but if I can't get it reliable I'm snookered. Thanks in advance for any help. Cheers

Cycling ignition doesn't help on mine because there's no power to them at all, and I don't think any of the glow plugs are working???? Unplugged the multiplugs on top of the block this morn, glow plug light came on as normal (about 10 secs) and then it started fine. Relays are clicking in and out but still no power at plug?

Mileage is 141 thou. Can't understand why there's no power at multiplugs?

Try a hair dryer to see if it makes a difference. In your case, the problem appears to recur, so perhaps there is a more complex problem.

Definitely a bigger under lying issue. There's not even any power at the multiplug. Don't know what to do now

Good fuel? Maybe it is getting a bit viscous?

Unusual not to have power on either loom. Are you sure you have checked all relevant fuses (Link 1E, Link 4E plus Relay R114 etc), if so try a hard reset as the ECM triggers most glowplug activity?

Cheers for your replies, I've tried the 2 50 amp fuses and the 2 relays next to the battery and they're ok. Already done hard reset but will try again. Where is the ECM? Also ontop of the glow plugs is the plastic part which the loom plugs in to, how do you remove this to access the glow plug itself? Thanks again for replies

Any more ideas? I've tried hard reset to no avail, and I've shorted the relay holder and still no power at the plugs on top of the engine? Are there any fusible links between the relay and the multiplug or am I missing something really obvious? Thanks
