I have a 2006 TDV6 S that has a weird problem. When the car is cold it will start without a problem but when the engine has warmed up (Done about 30 km's) and I switch her off she will not start again. The engine will turn but will not start until it has cooled down again. Once cooled down it starts without a problem. I have checked the battery and that seems to be ok. Any suggestions what to look for? Thanks.

I had this on a Disco 2, had it plugged up and found a fault listed as noisey signal from crankshalf sensor. Removed the sensor that lives in the bell housing and it was covered in crap, gave it a good clean, refitted it and I never had another problem with it starting again. Just a thought but check out your crankshalf sensor. Dave
