Is it possible to find if a vehicle has had any relevant field actions either recall actions or service actions the LandRover TOPIx site lists a number of notices against my vehicle but I would have to pay to click onto the notice, and I don't know if it will then tell me if its been applied to my vehicle?

IIRC, Topix should only show recall or safety campaigns against a vehicle if they have not been completed and signed off by the dealer.
At least thats what happened when my defender went in for the parking brake recall.
