Headlamp Levelling

According to the book of words Halogen Headlamped versions should have a 'headlamp levelling control' next to the dash dimmer switch. Why hasnt mine got one ?

Understood, shame though, that for what they cost (the car not the book !) they couldnt print a different book for each sales region.
