I am looking for an after market offroad/onroad gps. I am considering either the Garmin Montana 650T or the Navigattor Camel 8 (www.navigattor.com) but have difficulties to choose. Anybody who has experience in planing offroad travels could give me an advice? Or maybe anybody on this site who has any of these devices? I have the standart Landrover gps in my D3 but I want to use it offroad in Morroco and the data base is not available for North Africa. I am planning an offroad trip in Morroco and therfore would need something of serious quality and effectiveness.
If the D3 users from Australia or Africa come with a better idea I am of course with both ears fully open... Finally I would like something easy to use, something you do not need an engineer diploma to be able to work with... Thanks.
