Spare tire (Tyre)

I have the mini-spare and am wondering if I can just replace it with a full-size, or do I need to make a modification to the spare mounting kit?

Just throw the space saver away and fit a full size one in its place (unless the US spec is different but I doubt it) Wink

Hmm plenty for sale in the UK, but I think it would be cheaper to smelt your own alloy and cast one yourself, than ship one over.

I've got a very good 18 inch tire for sale -factory goodyear, 6K miles, 8/32 tread left, evenly worn, no cupping, never been repaired. I'm in Colorado.
