That is not hers. Vehicles owned personally by the monarch are not registered with DVLA and do not have a registration mark to display.
That is probably the kitchen porter's runabout.A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. It does reduce the likelyhood of you dying when really, really ill. Stay Alive - KEEP AWAY FROM PEOPLE.

Really
I don't think the Queen actually 'owns' any vehicles, but this one which is personnaly owned by Charles is certainly registered

I suspect there is a deal between LR/Jag and the Household, lots of bigwigs get new ones every couple of years
I've also seen her driving herself to the polo in a Jag

I'm sure the cost of the royal family is under £2 per person each year. I think they bring in more than £2 per person back in tourism etc.
When wills and Kate toured the US, they always had LR's and jags to arrive in, the connection saw sales in the US rise by 30% or so.
Don't landrover donate the cars as a gesture anyway? In loving memory of FA54WSK.
Rest well old friend, your work is done.
