Sad has anyone had a go at changing epb actuator to stop squeling when handbrake applied and can it be done apparently there is a new mod actuator than lasts now

It can be done DIY, but the new module needs coding to the car, otherwise the warning lights will stay on Thumbs Up My D3 Build Thread

Check your handbrake shoes, clean and or renew before replacing the EPB module !
Fix the Cheapest thing first to try and cure the problem Thumbs Up
