Roof Bars - question about height

This doesn't seem to have been asked before or, if it has, my search ability is rubbish. I am looking to buy a set of roof bars and wanted to know how much additional height the various options added to the normal mode driving height. I intend to keep them on and just slide my Hannibal roof rack over them when its required. Any and all help appreciated.

The crossbars I have for sale here: Whistle http://www.disco4.com/forum/topic83026.html

Add approx 100mm or 4" to the height of the vehicle
LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.
