CD player running constantly while listening to other source |
|
I've noticed the CD player (it's the 6-disc changer one) is running constantly in the background while I'm listening to the radio - every now and then I hear it change CDs when it gets to the end of the disc. I assume this isn't normal; I didn't notice it before but it does it now. There's no audio (ie breakthrough) from the CD unless I select it in which case it all works and sounds fine. It just seems like it will wear itself out if it keeps playing! Any suggestions? Or is it normal after all?!

Brilliant - thanks! I'll go and check...
Didn't realise this was an option - you can listen to CD on headphones in the back while driver listens to the radio (& vice-versa) then? You might think as a sound engineer I might have been able to work the stereo properly...
