Disco 3 Red Air bag light on
Hello, this is my first post on the forum, although i have been watching things on here for a while. I recently purchased a faultmate FCR to read a clear any faults on my 57 plate Disco 3.
I have the air bag light coming on, so after reading the posts on here decided to move the seat about and move the steering wheel up and down. The fault says there is a direct short somewhere! My question is does anyone have any pictures of the connector under the seat that cause these issues so I can check the connection pin for pin?
Many thanks

Mine has the same fault it comes on every now and then got to the point it doesn't bother me. I am happy as its the only light on the dash.

Mine comes on occasionally when the front passenger seat is moved. I get rid of it by grabbing the wiring loom under the seat and giving it a wiggle, then cycling the ignition. I know there's probably something loose under there but I never bothered ripping things apart as yet.Dennis

Tighten the connector screws black (Rectangular Connector) under the seats!
It worked for me ... Marco.

Thanks for the replies. I turned the passenger air bag to the off position with the key and no more light, so I guess my fault is in the passenger circuit somewhere and I will check the black connectors tomorrow. Many thanks
