Upgrade tail lights from D3 to D4 led lamps

Just bought me a pair of D4 led lamps but I can't figure out what kind of resistors I need in order to have the normal flashing speed at the dash, a link would be great if possible....?

England 2013 Discovery 4 3.0 SDV6 GS Auto Fuji WhiteDiscovery 4

Here's mine fitted and linked in, I stuck them to the back of the lamp unit with number plate tape, not had any issues and 6 months on they are stilll stuck on, there were concerns over the head generated meting the mounting tape and or the lamp, as you can see all is as it should be Thumbs Up
