A 30 mm shank on the adaptor will fit the 3000G Clarke jack costing just over £100, and maybe the Costco one too, the quick lift requires a smaller dia shank. Displaced Yorkshireman.

Good to see the interest is there for this
To answer a question earlier, once we get 20 signed up I'll arrange for deposits to be paid - £10 each and the balance paid when everything is ready for dispatch, does that seem fair?
Also if it benifits others aswell would it make much difference to have all the adaptors supplied with the smaller diameter shaft (27mm) so that it will fit all the Clarke Jacks... otherwise the 29mm adaptor as pictured earlier will fit the 3000g Heavy Lift Clarke Jack (£100 jack)

From an engineering view point I wouldn't have thought the extra 2mm (27mm rather than 29mm) will make any different given the overall tolerances once jacking and providing the shaft depth won't let the thing twist out of the hole in the top of the jack.
I'd get them all made with 27mm diameter.

Think there will be more demand for the 29/30mm shank, not sure how the smaller one would perform with the 300G jack.
Personally I would prefer the larger version. Displaced Yorkshireman.
