I intended to be a customer of Perrys but got so cheesed off I drove to Aylesbury instead.
The sales staff at Perrys are excellent and put a lot of good work into selling me a new D3. Unfortunately for them I had a Freelander and a D2 to trade in and received such abysmal support from parts/service that I decided that I would rather push live wasps up my bottom than buy a car from them.
They used to be a great dealership in the past but the staff that made them great appear to have moved on. Only three weeks ago I called them to be told they would call me straight back. They didn't. I tried again and once again they let me down. I actually drove to see them and was still left waiting for half an hour. I went into the sales staff office and told them that I was going to drive to Stratstones in Aylesbury and buy a new Disco.
I now have a new Disco 3 on my drive and the window stickers display 'Stratstone' not 'Perrys'
