Hi all, this car is a rrs 05 tdv6 and not a disco 3, but I do find you guys a lot more informative than the rrs guys.
Long story short is burnt interior, secondhand loom interior and dash, new instrument pack.
Had the car running with 2008 disco bcm ecu clocks and key. But can't get it to start with original bcm ecu key and new instrument pack. Coded clocks in with ids/sdd and mileage is showing so I know it's done correct. Recoded key to be sure. But red light is still flashing on dash ( about every 2 seconds). I also have parking brake fault and transmission fault.
But if I put the disco bcm ecu clocks & key on the car it starts no problem.
Any ideas what to look for or try???
